Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policies — Tour/Activity/Charter

  • Cancellations OR re-bookings prior to 72 hours before departure are 100% refundable.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.

Please notify us by phone at (250-939-8419) if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Full refunds will be provided if your charter/tour/activity is cancelled and Xplore Golden will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. This includes road closures and delays caused by inclement weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, avalanche closures, acts of God, etc.

The cost of service is specific to your pick-up time. Any waiting period, stops or deviation from the trip plan will be subject to $100 per hour fee payable to the driver. Please ensure you are ready to go at the specified pick-up time.
